How do I get my wristband during the festival?

To get your wristband or pick it up during the festival, you must go to the Headquarters (located in the City Hall Gardens). Our staff will be on site between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21 to help you.

How do I access the different activities of the festival?

The Gold Pass wristband is required to access all activities offered during the day.

The Night Stroll is accessible upon presentation of the Nocturne pass on the evening of Sunday, May 21, 2023.

To access the BIG BANG Music Rooms, presented on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Le Diamant, you must purchase a ticket for $12.

What happens in case of rain?

In the event of rain, festival activities will still take place, if possible. Activities may be moved to a nearby covered venue or cancelled.

Rain or shine, our box office staff will be present at the Headquarters to help you.

How long are the concerts?

The concerts presented in the different strolls are 20-minute long.

What are the Headquarters?

Located in the City Hall Gardens, the Headquarters is your gateway to the Printemps de la musique. There, you can find the box office to get your wristbands for the festival, as well as all-day activities and a welcoming relaxation area.

How can I pick up my wristband after purchasing it online?

From Wednesday, April 26 at 12 p.m. to Monday, May 15 at 12 p.m., you will receive your Printemps de la musique wristband by mail. For all online orders placed after Monday, May 15 at 12 p.m., you will be able to pick up your wristband at the Headquarters box office, located at the City Hall Gardens.

How much does a wristband cost?

Printemps de la musique wristbands are available through a voluntary contribution. The contribution can range from $0 to $50, depending on your preference and financial means.

How much does a ticket to the Musical Rooms cost?

Tickets for the Musical Rooms are $12.

Where can I find the complete program of the festival?

The entire program can be found on the website and on the Printemps de la musique app.

Will there be food for sale on-site?

Yes! You can find Top Resto located at the Headquarters. They will sell refreshing drinks, hot meals and snacks.

Which activities are geared towards families?

The Printemps de la musique is offering a Family Stroll on Saturday, May 20, starting at 11 a.m. In addition, young audiences have a whole program just for them on Sunday, May 21 at Le Diamant. The BIG BANG Festival, presented by Les Incomplètes, offers a variety of activities for families.

All concerts are accessible to families. In addition, the Initiative 1, 2, 3 Go! Limoilou minibus will be at our Headquarters on Sunday, May 21, offering a play area for children aged 0 to 5 years old.

Some venues are not wheelchair-accessible. Here is the list: the Reception Room of the School of the Ursulines, the Exterior Chapel of the Ursulines and the Carter Hall.

Where can I park my car?

Parking spaces are limited in Old Québec. For this reason, we recommend you walk, bike or take public transportation. If you wish to drive to Old Québec, you have the option of parking your car in one of the two public parking lots – the D’Youville parking lot and the City Hall parking lot – or you can use a parking meter on the streets. All these parking options require a fee.
