How do I access the different activities of the festival?

To attend the festival’s various activities, purchase a pass giving you access to one of our musical strolls, or a single ticket for a concert. Single tickets are available for certain concerts, and in very limited quantities.

To attend our Experience concerts, you must purchase a single ticket.

How much do passes and tickets cost?

Visit our online ticketing service to purchase a pass for $15 or a single ticket to a musical stroll for $6. The passes and tickets guarantee you a spot for the concert you selected. They also give you access to discounts listed in the Printemps de la musique Address Book.

When you purchase a pass or a single ticket, your name is automatically entered in the Printemps de la musique sweepstakes.

Outdoor concerts and activities held at our Headquarters are free of charge.

How can I pick up my pass or my ticket after purchasing it online?

All passes and single tickets are sent electronically at the time of purchase by Lepointdevente.com. To access the festival’s activities, you’ll need to present your electronic passes or single tickets to the usher at each concert.

During the festival, visitors who have questions can drop in at the information booth at our Headquarters from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19. If you require assistance with your electronic passes or tickets, don’t hesitate to visit us.

What happens in case of rain?

In case of rain, the festival’s outdoor activities will take place as much as possible. It is possible that some activities may be canceled.

Our staff will be present at the headquarters, rain or shine, to welcome you.

What is the duration of the concerts?

The performances of the concerts featured in the various itineraries last from 25 to 30 minutes.

What are the Headquarters?

Our Headquarters (located at the City Hall Gardens) are your gateway to the Printemps de la musique. This welcoming, temporary location offers food and free programming for the whole family: music, relaxation and much more!

Which activities are geared towards families?

The Printemps de la musique is offering a host of family activities at our Headquarters on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: face painting, games and musical entertainment! In addition, the Initiative 1, 2, 3 Go! Limoilou minibus will be at our Headquarters on Sunday, May 19, offering a play area for children ages 0 to 5.
Families are welcome to all of our concerts.

What time do the activities start?

Our Headquarters open at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Our Iconic Strolls start at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, and our Intimate Strolls start at 11:30 a.m. on May 18 and 19.

Are all venues accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Some venues are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

  • Science Laboratory (Morrin Centre): partially accessible
  • Maillou House National Historic Site (Parks Canada): not accessible
  • Saint-Louis Forts and Châteaux National Historic Site (Parks Canada): not accessible

Where can I park my car?

Parking spaces are limited in Old Quebec. Therefore, we recommend getting there by foot, bicycle, or public transport. If you wish to go by car, you will have the option to park your car at one of the two public parking lots, either D’Youville parking or City Hall parking, or at a metered space on the streets. These parking facilities are paid.

What is the Printemps sweepstakes?

The Printemps sweepstakes gives you the chance of winning one of the prizes offered by our partners. To enter the sweepstakes, simply purchase a pass or a single ticket.
